Coding
The first example of information management skills that can be seen through my work in the Graphic Design program would be coding HTML and CSS. Coding HTML and CSS require designers to utilize, remember and manage large amounts of information (i.e HTML & CSS tags, correct line order, correcting formatting of code etc.) while still keeping all of the coded information organized and usable to other creatives who may need to use or work on it in the future.
Infographics
The second example of information management skills that I have developed and demonstrated through my time studying/working in graphic design would be managing and presenting information in the form of an infographic. Infographics are designed with the intention of sharing larger amounts of information in a clear and concise format. Creatives must also manage the given information in an appealing yet still informative way in order to get the attention of the intended target audiences.
