Critiques
The first example of Interpersonal skills and being able to effectively utilize them would be through critique (constructive feedback) sessions with my previous peers/professors. Critiquing other people's work (wether written or verbal) can be a delicate subject due to various reasons. Learning how to constructively critique other people's work in order to help them improve, while still respecting the efforts that they have already made is a very important skill when working as part of a team and when working in collaboration based environments.
Group Work & Collaboration
The second example of interpersonal skills that I have learned to demonstrate over my time as a designer would be group work and collaboration skills. Throughout the duration of my time in college and well as afterwards, I have been asked to work in small groups on various projects and presentations. Through this, I have learned effective ways to communicate with my peers and other creatives in order to build stronger team dynamics and professional/working relationships.
